How to start?
Step 1
To access the computer with FingerTec software installed or connected to FingerTec devices, download the Anydesk Remote Desktop Support Tool
Step 2
Step 3
Run the Anydesk Remote Desktop Support Tool, obtain your Address ID, and send it to the TimeTec Technical Support Team by emailing support@timeteccloud.com
Step 4
TimeTec Technical Support Team will connect to your computer and fix the problem.
