Unveiling Exciting New Features |
Following a customer’s request this August, we are introducing a new feature known as the ‘Work Zone’. Work zone refers to the different counters or departments in your workplace. This feature enables Admins to create work zones that can be assigned to employees for the purpose of analysing their attendance data (i.e. comparing their work schedule against actual attendance). This is how it works:
a. Added 'Work Zone Settings' in the Menu |
b. Work Zone Settings Allow Admin to add, edit and delete work zone category and work zone. |
c. Added 'Attendance Work Zone' in the Menu |
d. Attendance Work Zone (Top Section) Allow Admin to assign a work zone to each user's attendance records. |
e. Attendance Work Zone (Bottom Section) – Graph View & Table View. Provide a comparison between users’ scheduled and actual attendance in both tabular and graphical views. |
The system’s ‘Name List Report’ shows a list of all or selected users' names. In the latest release, we added a ‘Company Name’ column in this report so that Admins can always view it regardless of the selected export format. a. Name List - Display Company Name Column in the Report |
