The abovementioned report will list all selected users’ clocking activities in a month including their leaves, absences and tardiness. The report also provides the option to show first IN time and the last OUT time of every user. In June, the report was updated to show column headers on every page (if 'Group By Organization Structure' is unchecked) and to display multiple leaves. The Electronic Time Card Report (14-Columns/ 6-Columns) displays general user attendance records comprising of users’ clocking activities, including the calculated work time, breaks, overtime and work hour shortage. This report also contains a summary of attendance, tardiness and leave taken. Recently, we updated the report to always show the Organization structure value for users. a.
