On a bright morning at the Cyberview Resort and Spa Ballroom, anticipation filled the room as TimeTec prepared for its annual town hall meeting. The event started at 10 AM and brought together employees from various departments, eager to reflect on the past year and set their sights on future goals.
The town hall was kickstarted by Mr Teh Hon Seng, the Group CEO of TimeTec, with an inspiring speech that highlighted the company’s performance over the year. He emphasized that this year was yet again marked by substantial growth. Mr Teh also emphasized the influence of AI on the industry and how TimeTec can harness this technology to enhance its operations. Mr. Teh’s insights on leveraging AI to our advantage resonated with everyone, setting a forward-thinking tone for the meeting.
Following Mr Teh’s address, each Head of Department (HOD) took turns sharing their reflections on the year’s achievements and outlining their targets for the coming year. The evening’s theme, ‘Enchanted Forest,’ transformed the ballroom into a mystical wonderland, where employees dressed up in a variety of costumes ranging from wizard and witch attire to sci-fi character costumes.
The evening kicked off with a vibrant opening performance that set the festive mood. After a brief welcome speech by Mr Teh, the spotlight shifted to the Long Service Awards. This heartfelt segment honoured employees who have dedicated 10, 15, and 20 years of service to TimeTec, celebrating their commitment and contributions.
A memorable employee group photo session followed, capturing TimeTec’s greatest in a photo. As dinner commenced, the stage became a platform for employees eager to showcase their unique talents. These performances, rich in personality and flair, added a personal touch to the evening, making it unforgettable.
The night also featured several rounds of lucky draws, culminating in a grand draw that kept everyone on the edge of their seatsThe highlight of the evening was the Best Costume Award, which recognized the most creative and captivating outfits, bringing out the competitive and fun spirit among colleagues.
