Touchless Convenience for Drivers
Registered users with participating eWallets, currently including Setel and Touch ‘n Go, can experience a completely touchless and cashless parking journey. Upon entering and exiting a TimeTec LPR-equipped car park, the system automatically recognizes the vehicle and deducts the parking fee directly from the user’s eWallet. This eliminates the need to stop at pay machines or cashless kiosks at the entry and exit lanes or fumble with cash and cards.
Reduced Costs and Streamlined Operations for Operators
TimeTec eWallet Direct offers significant benefits for parking operators as well. By reducing reliance on multiple payment systems, operators can streamline administration, minimize equipment maintenance costs, and enjoy a more efficient operational workflow.
Expanding Network and Vision for the Future
Following a successful pilot program at Serdang Hospital, TimeTec is actively migrating its network of over 50 LPR-enabled car parks to eWallet Direct.
