Shah Alam, 17 Sept 2020 - TimeTec Cloud Sdn. Bhd. has been appointed as the sole service provider of a digitalization program for the Selangor State SMEs workforce through its smart attendance cloud-based product, TimeTec TA (www.timetecta.com). The program acronyms PRODUTK "Program Digitalisasi Urus Tadbir Tenaga Kerja" is offering all eligible SMEs a 3-month FREE smart attendance system from TimeTec with no strings attached.
The announcement was made at Invest Selangor Berhad's main office in Shah Alam, Selangor, by YB Dato' Teng Chang Kim, Executive Councillor, Chairman of Standing Committees for Investment, Industry & Commerce and Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) of the State Government of Selangor Malaysia during the briefing session of the program to the representatives of various business chambers of the state. YB Dato' Teng iterates that the solution like TimeTec TA is suitable for the SMEs to kickstart digitalization transformation and the state of Selangor is taking the initiative to sponsor the solution as a part of the government aid to the business community.

The main objective is to help SMEs improve efficiency and reduce cost in operation and enhance productivity and revenue. This 3-month program can help SMEs kick start the digitalization transformation for FREE and experience the benefits of it hands-on with a renowned cloud solution for attendance, such as TimeTec TA by TimeTec Cloud Sdn. Bhd. From 1 Oct to 31 Dec, the qualified SMEs can use TimeTec TA for free for three months after sign up.
Speaking to the representatives of business chambers and associations, Dato' Hasan Azhari Hj Idris, CEO Invest Selangor Berhad stresses that, "Eligible participant companies for this program are the SMEs as defined by the SME Corp Malaysia." Selangor is now having the largest percentage of SME companies in Malaysia, a figure close to 176,000 companies and more than 1.3 million workforces.

TimeTec TA provides companies with the latest technology through the simplest way to tackle attendance issues in workforce management. Absenteeism, tardiness, buddy-punching, uncontrollable overtime, are amongst the common challenges SMEs are dealing every year.
