Amazon RDS* - Amazon Relational Database Service is a web service that makes it easy to set up, operate, and scale a relational database in the cloud. TimeTec Cloud uses the RDS for MySQL database for its cost-efficiency and resizable capacity while managing time-consuming database administration tasks.
AZ** - AZstands for Availability Zone where each availability zone runs on its own. It is physically distinct, has independent infrastructure and engineered to be highly reliable.
Amazon EC2*** - Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud is a web service that provides resizable compute capacity in the cloud. It is designed to make web-scale computing easier for developers, also known as virtual server/instance.
Free**** - Free terminals will only be made available to customers ON a 12-month subscription AND within the first 12-months of their service. Customers renewing their service after the 12-month period will not have the option to receive free terminals. However, special promotional offers for renewals will be considered as they arise.
