This is a built-in feature for some TimeTec apps such as TimeTec Patrol app, iNeighbour app etc which is intended to function as a panic button for legitimate emergencies to inform emergency contacts on the distress situation. It is not to be used for pranks, jokes or false alarms. TIMETEC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN OR NOT TAKEN BY THE EMERGENCY CONTACTS. TIMETEC AND ITS LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, EXTRA-CONTRACTUAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOST REVENUES OR LOST PROFITS, WHICH MAY OR DOES RESULT FROM THE USE OF, ACCESS TO, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE/PANIC BUTTON FEATURE.
